Avoid all these steps lol this is very simple. Once you click on arrive at store. Wait 11 minutes then click on the question mark or help icon in top right corner, click on store has a issue, click on long wait time , you will then be given the option to wait or unassign . Click on unassign, you will see message saying this order is worry free unassign and your ratings will not be affected.

This is good to know. I had to unassign a shop & deliver yesterday because the app had me drive to a Dollarama that was not there. I literally ended up in a construction zone in a mall. Had to unassign because "could not find store". It never occurred to me to go through the chat.

Yeah I used to be able to do that in my area but not anymore. That long string of questions is gone.

Lately they've been giving me the option to unassign penalty free for long waits. However one thing I have noticed is if it's a stacked order you got to go into the order and the option will show up. Last week I think I had a stacked order at Little Caesars and they took awhile and after I got the orders I went in to confirm them and got the option but I already had the orders in my possession so I wasn't going to be spiteful.

Is the 10minutes from your arrival to the store or “pickup time” on the app?

If you wait doesn’t app ask you to unnasign penalty free
