Obscure Book Adventures is all about discovering the joy of reading the lesser-known books.
I'm Annie and to celebrate pulp fiction I'm a co-host of the wonderful reading event GarbAugust. A reading event created by CriminOlly that takes place every August. To celebrate film in fiction, novelizations, movie tie-ins, (auto)biographies of people working in the film industry (like actors, directors and such) and books about the film industry I am hosting the reading event Filmtastic February. Every February is dedicated to this film readathon.
Other projects I have going on are my pulp project where I read one pulp story for every year since the pulps started, my first chapter project where I read every first chapter before making a decision if the novel is going to stay in my collection and my Agatha Christie project where I read every AC story in order of publication.

There are actually 11 Modesty Blaise novels by Peter O'Donnell. I used to own several of them, but never quite got around to reading any. I'd quite like to pick up copies again, so I could read them.
