if you really want to get straight lines you could trace them onto a dark shirt with a white pencil or a light shirt with a darker pencil and use scissors. that would probably be easier but AWESOME idea!

You can use scissors. From what I hear, they give you an edgier cut. I was looking for something cleaner and used a knife, but I'm sure you could pull it off with scissors.

Surprisingly, it really doesn't. When I finished mine and first looked at it, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to fit it, anymore. But I could. ^^

Well, Step Two does say to place it between the front and back of the shirt. That would make it on the inside, ne? c:
