Update: on further inspection, items that I pick up arent removed from the ground or shown that I pick them up in any way, but I am instead given like 75 stacks of that item that only update in my inventory between stages.

Its a duplication bug with every aspect. I did it and the tva (void guys blipped me) due to being too fast i ran into it .
