If you are using live instruments (such as piano, strings, trumpets, clarinets, etc.) it is usually best to make them sound as real as possible. To do this, play around with the velocity a bit and gently change the start time and end time of each sound, or select all the sounds and in the corner you have a "humanize" option, which will make it sound much better already, and not so robotic as from a ruler ;)

you can click the little arrow in the top left of the piano roll and go to view scale highlighting. The reason I am saying this is because the melody sounds a little dissonant

This is a great start, i recommend putting each instrument on a different channels and adding some effects to make it pop! Just dont go to heavy on the reverb because balance is best.
