I've watched many that are on your list. My favourite's though would be : Trigun, Elfen Lied, FMA, and Deathnote. Have you ever thought of watching Code Geass? Seems like you would enjoy that show.

ohhh i love fruits basket i think it is the best thing in the world!!! but you should really read the books too. it is about this girl named tohru honda and after her mom dies she goes to live in a tent and one of her class mates yuki sohma finds her and tells her to live with them and she finds out that when ever one of the is hugged by someone of the opposite sex than they transform into the 12 members of the zodiac plus the cat. it is a really good story but mostly for girls. are you a girl?
