Health and wellbeing have become a top priority for millions of people and while the intentions are good, the results often vary. With multiple attractive aspects to improve ones self, it’s common to focus on diet, exercise and nutrients but what often gets overlooked is the importance of sleep and rest. The fact is, science has shown that your sleep will have the single biggest impact on your overall wellbeing. With proper sleep and sufficient time during your REM cycle, your body and mind will calibrate giving you the foundation to build on. Various frequencies and sound patterns have been shown to dramatically increase sleep cycles so I will create videos with various combinations so each individual can find the unique sequence that perfectly fits their needs.
