Have same problem with mine. Because of your vid I knew exactly what to look for. And my bolt was easily gotten right below under the wires. I was able to screw it back in with a swivel and quarter inch socket without even taking anything off except the side panel! 5 minutes and back in business, so thanks!

Have the same problem with mine, just have to get motivated to takle it and yes going to use locktite on the screw.

I knew I needed the bolt. Unfortunately you didn't show how you put the bolt back in and tighten it from the inside. Or put it back together

Hi, can you tell me what it is the length of the control knob for the Harbor Freight Predator 2000w that you have? Looking to see if it is compatible with other invertors. I'm interested for the length of the axle after the round area that sits outside the front panel.

Okay randy back again, I had to get a new screw replaced I and locktight it back, Now i've noticed that the relay switch to turn it off is bad, Any idea or clues where to get one of those at any information would be appreciated. Thank you

Once I put that screw back in mine it won’t allow me to turn the knob at all the cable won’t come out far enough

Mine would not start when knob is set at start, but when knob is set at run it would start on first pull. What could be the issue?
