THANK YOU! I was stuck in a loop during a dark brotherhood quest where the guards kept killing a person I'm not allowed to kill, therefore forfeiting my bonus. Doing this, I yielded before they could kill him and I was sent to jail :D

@gangstermati Well you'll need to distance yourself as far as you can as you yield to the guard.You can yield to any guard though.

That won't work on higher bounties and I so badly want to keep my castle key and some other keys I found on gaurds.  It's early in the game for me so I don't have a lot of sway with anyone either.

@Lynette456789 That kind of bounty are just...too high to do this trick.The guard will run instead of walk,even you fast-yield him.
