Thanks it worked for me, on bootcamp. window7. i just pressed the power button abruptly 2x, to shut down,and press it again to power up on the 3rd time it entered safemode. from there i chosed safe mode with command prompt, and it gave me full admin rights, and then i followed, his instructions on creating a testaccount with a password, after i restarted the testaccount was present with the password i put in, when i logged in i changed my standard account to admin, account, thank you soooo much.

i am using windows seven and am having problems when putting in the net localgroup command. It tells me i put something wrong in and gives me the syntax of the command. Have you got any ideas?

@BGGovedoto I am not sure i have never used Windows Powershell, but I don't think so because Powershell uses different commands... Doesn't it?

It works with my windows 7 pc but I try it again to other computer I missed type on  it then it turns off the computer when this kind of problem happens what should I do next?

After I add "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32>net user /add Anonymous 123" without the quotations, I get:

when it says net user /add useraccountname mypassword can you enter anything, and then it will literally create a new account? And you can just log onto that account?

when i went to create the new account it said error 5 has occured access is denied, is there anything i can do to get past that

How did you enter the command successfully if you didn't have the admin status?

Can I just download powershell onto USB and then access it from there on our computers? They run win7
