In the arcade it actually made you go through both versions of any scene that could be mirrored in order to win. You had to survive every possible screen for victory. Most of that was cut for whatever reason from the SegaCD.

I have yet to play a decent home version of this. I recently got the Blue Ray version which is full of delay and screen freezes. Funny how the laserdisc was the only format that could handle it

The timing's all goofed up compared to the original version too. I tried playing the DVD port and I can't get anywhere because it's so different feeling.

I just saw the trailer of the HD and was blown away. I read that even Bluth himself says it is better then the original laser disc. I just ordered it and can't wait!

As a kid i though that this kind of technology back then was like the xbox360 today!! Very Challenging game. little to fast for my pace. thx for posting 5stars!

The animator of the game by the way for anyone who didn't know was Don bBluth, who has made great animated movies such as The Land Before Time, All dogs go to Heaven, Thubelina, Anastasia ect, besides others. He's a great person!

There was another game like this, but it was released for the ps1. It had a little kid being chased by a dude with scissors.

There's a beep or a similar sound to indicate when you have to act, and what to do is usually involves pressing towards a flashing object, and predicaments or guesswork.
