Bubbling is the most underrated effect in the game, Its very clean and its design makes it so its noticeable when you need it to be noticed but In Casual you can wear an unusual without being spotted.

The great thing about bubbling is that it goes really well with other low tier or mid tier effects, so you can have a cheap set but still look awesome

honestly, bubbling is one of the best effects for snipers in tf2, it's not flashy so you won't get your head clicked on, it's cheap so it won't make you bankrupt, AND IT LOOKS GOOD IN COMBOS
