UPDATE: Looked at a few speedruns, I think what happened is I got lucky with the RNG and Rouxls decided to capture the houses in a square rather than reaching out, which let me box him in with a measley 4 houses on his side

Guys, I purposely lost on Rouxls Kaard to see what happened. He just threatens you with the "Ultimate Rouxls power" and starts glowing, but falls down turned into stone as usual and he beggs for at least watching the pic you took earlier with Ralsei
