So far 1:30 in, and I “freed up” about 8-9 gigs but I checked my space and boom, still at 1.40. I actually lost about 700megabytes

Thank you for the help I had a 20gb app that I could not delete in the apps menu but once I used run I was finally able to delete it thanks for the help.

My computer has over half a dozen files with Windows as the first word. I searched all of them but none have a file named Software Distribution. There is no RUN button either.
