That is definitely 3lbs of muscle weight because you can see the results from jumping rope. Thanks for sharing your journey! It’s very inspiring to see the results you can get from something so simple if you’re consistent.

You look smaller but your weight increased, this means you gained muscle mass. I use to work at gym and I had to tell people not to always go off the scale weight bc when you start working out you usually always gain weight bc the fat on your body is turning into muscle. A pound of fat looks 2x bigger than a pond of muscle, don’t be upset b/c you definitely made some improvement girl.

Don't watch the numbers, go off how you look and feel!!! You can see from the 'after' photo that you'd lost. Weight changes slightly all the time due to time of month, water retention etc. You look great, and thanks for offering a comparable before/after shot !

Sis. Thanks for sharing. You can definitely see the different. The weight gain (was/is) nothing but muscle. That’s the gain you want to see. You’ve inspired me on my journey. While I’m not jumping rope everyday, I have incorporated it into my workout over the past 3 weeks. Keep going! You got this!

This is why I don't have a scale and have been losing weight. I don't go off any numbers but what I look like. Also my body started toning from arms and legs to then my mid section.

Wow, for the first time I see someone with the same physique as me. I don’t look fat with clothes but it’s just the gut! Terrible I’ve had 2 kids and the fat around my whole body went away except for the gut. I hope jumping rope can help with that part. Very inspiring
