I have a solution to the problem in the fact at the 6:54 timestamp; instead of using slow growing trees, use sumac trees on farms as these can grow quite fast, just don't use Poison Sumac but other species of sumac are safe to touch. To make these trees grow faster, we could use fertilizer made from food scraps, and LED grow lights powered by solar panels. This way, chopping down the trees has less of a negative impact.
