Why did they decide to replace this character with Gammy Numnums?

I've been trying to think of this for the past hour. Sounds so familiar. I've been searching everywhere and repeating the voice in my head... "Giant yo-yo... looks more like a no-yo"... Driving me nuts... Finally!! All I could think was that it was a crazy clown-like villain in an animated movie. Mayor Maynot sounds like (or I suppose I should say) King Candy from Wreck It Ralph sounds like Mayor Maynot. Alan Tudyk voiced King Candy, which is a very worth-while name drop because Firefly is awesome!!

I feel like the beginning with the string is a fitting metaphor for the movie

At the end of this scene, it's revealed that Pistachio stole the booth from the second era cast of All That.

the version of this film I saw had this whole scene in it, it was a decent cut of the film too, with the scene at the Turtle club having Pistachio bite every member's cigar, like the trailer and not the dumb nose moment, then the dvd came out, was a mess

Toasted Bacon you should do the full Deleted Scenes from this Movie

Data just staring at the string with utter disgust is easily the one funny thing in the movie and it’s not even in the final cut.
