Weird and good indeed. Lou Barlow deserves so much more cred for having been in this band on top of Dino and Sebadoh! It just speaks to how dynamic and talented he was without selling out his own sound or style. I was a huge Sebadoh fan in the 90s and Folk Implosion definitely expanded my musical horizons beyond typical indie rock.

Every time I watch or hear this it reminds me of the death of MTV, this was right around the time when they started to show more and more reality shows and less and less music. Still pisses me off they went away from what made them great.

This song was playing while i was on mushrooms, i wrote the lyrics on my jeans in whiteout then coloured them in rainbow. It seemed right at the time. I still have those jeans, even though they don't fit anymore. I fucking love this song.
