Help, I have Shinjo and still cant use mount Soaring. I've done all matada quests. And the only quest left involving flying is the chief tatamo quest Dragonoir's Horn. but i need to enter the pq but i cant even soar in the pq. HELP

ok so heres a question i have the skill and i have the Pegasus mount however i cannot soar im aware i can move the skill to a hotkey however its still not working do i need version 2 Pegasus aka the lvl 120 one
