Mine is froze on a charge symbol thingy. It's like half full. I'm trying to wait for it to shut off itself. Any suggestions?

ditto: Why didn't you tell us how to get stuff downloaded to it? Seems like a logical first step before you can play back stuff! When I plug it into my PC/XP it shows a disk w/a question mark.

well u cant use itunes cuz its for apple, so u would have to have the songs on windows media player or something and plug it in.
