For v4 during full moon u need someone of every race to stand under the spotlights in the temple during a full moon mink on a specific spot and the same with all the others but it only works under the full moon and under where the light shines u also prob need a mirror fractal to change the course of the light and point them to the corresponding race entrances or not but that light that shines through the glass roof of the temple and ur race definitely has somthing to do with it probably everyone has to equip their race ability under a spotlight someone woth mink another with sky etc and look either at ur race door or up. This is a crazy theory so pls don't judge

I dont think the new haki color will have anything to do with the V4 since it was already confirmed to be possible to get before the 10B Visit update which means the new haki color wont be used to get V4 and also from what others are saying to get the new haki you have to do a quest which I do not know if its confirmed or not

If you need haki color to obtain race v4 and event lasts one week and it’s end of week we can’t get haki color anymore and no race v4 so it can’t be in the party shop and it says quest for the haki color.
