What would be your Top 10 scariest, creepiest, most grotesque monsters?

Fatalis armor: makes you live a non stopping nightmare and make you hear the voices of the victims of the Fatalis

I watched a Deviljho pick up an odogoran that I was about to kill and smashed me to death with it...I literally was being chased by a monster wielding a monster as a weapon...oh the cruel irony...

Fatalis of any kind: *exist*

Shara Ishvalda looks kind of creepy, seeing as how it stares at the player the entire time and doesnt even blink.

The bazelgeuse roar is my notification sound. When I get spammed I say "time to flashbang the bazel"

yama tsukami is a very underapppreciated monster, though he was never one of my favorites I still thought he was cool because he is an elder dragon but so different from the other ones

Here's a little fact, the corpse dragon Nakaros has one natural predator.

The main structure of the Rotten Vale, especially the pathways of the upper level definitely seems to be made of a Dalamadur (you can find its skull, after all), but the Vale isn't JUST made of a dead Dalamadur. It's outright stated to be the dying grounds for Elder Dragons in general. Zorah Magdaros was on its way there to die and contribute its life energy to the Vale and Coral above, but got rerouted to give energy to hatch Xeno'jiiva. So while it isn't wrong to say the Vale is made from a dead Dalamadur, it is wrong to say it is SOLELY made from a dead Dalamadur.

Gogmazios is by far my favourite monster in the entire franchise. There's so much lore to him and he appears ONCE. Glad he made it first place in this list <3

I feel like if they bring fatalis to MHW then when you wear the armor and wear the whole set around astora then you should hear some weird noises and or see something flying out in the horizon of astora as you walk around in it. I would find that amazing!

Plesioth really scarred me for life. That hitbox was unbelievable.
