At the end, When deku was crying, my first thought it that He wasn't crying because he died, he cried because He saw that Bakugou would actually be upset over his death, Think about it, we only ever see Deku cry out of happiness or greatfulness, because He's so used to feeling sad and numb, that he won't even cry over it anymore
