the event was a long time ago. By using mystery gift then, you would get the azure flute from a guy in a green suit I believe. In D/P/Pt, you would've gone to where dialga/palkia was and the flute would create a staircase up to where arceus is.

@MrJawelsh - hard to figure out where people get stuck unless I can play their save file to find that missing step. As long as you explore everything, you should be able to find everything.

@JesperRug - I don't think so. I believe it's only one orb per game. You'd have to go to the other version to get the corresponding orb.

@Ilovepikachu4evah - where are you at in the game? basically you'll need to find the machine part to take back to the power plant. after that, go to the lavender town radio station to get the upgrade from the guy that will have the poke flute music.

@backhere1000 - in the center of Saffron City. Looks much different in this game compared to RBY where there were like 13 floors or something.

Theres a situation :/. I beat the entire game, i beat Red and the elite four. But when i go to silph co in safron city steven isnt there :(. Can you help me out? I received the starter pokemon from Prof. Oak but steven isnt there...
