Picked up one of those Traditions Crockett rifles in .32. First shot out of box at 50 yds. within a hair of the X. 2 more very close. Accidentally brought 2fg 777 instead of 3f. Used 20 gr. by volume, a Hornady .310 ball and a .015" wonder patch. I was very happy! Nice, smooth bore all the way down. Couldn't ask for a nicer little rifle.

Squirrel hunting with a .32 or .40 muzzleloader is the only way to hunt. I use a .32 TC Cherokee with .310rb and .010 patch, 20gr Pyrodex P and its a very fun hunt. Catch a lot of flak for using Pyrodex but in a small bore it shoots much cleaner without the need to swab between shots.
