I know what was wrong here. First of all, the piece didn't have enough support. The middle should have been secured before trying to cut the outer profile. As the mill went deeper, the material supporting the piece got thinner until it was thin enough to increase vibrations. Secondly the endmill diameter is a bit big and has more vibration. A 3mm endmill works much better.
