My name is Jason Suminski and I absolutely love all things technology. I mostly dabble in social networking technology and PC performance/gaming. It has been a long time coming that I start to report a little on these subject's and am just getting started. Ever since I was a child I could not break my attention from all things technology. They dazzled me with blinking lights, dos screens, command prompts, and when the Internet hit: my interest became my passion.
This is a small part of me that I want to make my future. I am starting small now hoping that one day I will be able to report on a large technology front among the best in the business dealing with social media, news, technology and networking. I wish to share my knowledge and experience to anyone and everyone that will listen. To me, this is not just my past time, its my life dream and obsession. Stick around, things will only get better!

To me the xbox ui just looks cluttered like windows 8 and i hate windows 8. The ps4 ui looks nice and fast and when custom backgrounds come out the ps4 ui will look even better idk how custom background would work on the xbox one ui like i said its cluttered and nice vid btw!!!

Nice and clear, no un-necesary bashing of the xb1, it's laid right there, you can prefer a more demanding OS (it has more features after all) or a lean one that does not have all the same features, thus will require more ressources and will in the end be a bit slower...

Cool vid man, I honestly have to say that I love the ps4 interface a lot also. It's fast and easier to access things a lot quicker. Xbox ones UI is just too cluttered. I hate having all those tiles on the screen and the best thing sony did for the ps4 is the double tap of the home button to go back directly into the game from whatever your doing. Looking forward to the new features they're eventually adding to the in game UI and dashboard.

I have also noticed the very slight frame-rate drop when moving through the UI on the Xbox One. Not really a big deal. Hopefully it can be fixed though.

Why the PS4 is better. The controller is more advanced and more comfortable. Better Exclusives/Free To Free games, More Powerful/Better Hardware,Cheaper Console,PS+ is cheaper and better than Xbox Live in every way. The Hard-drive on PS4 is up-gradable not on Xbox One. PS4 doesn't require PS+ to do simple things like watch netflix or use the web Browser unlike Xbox One's Paywall. The PS4 Design is much better and doesn't require a Big power brick like the Xbox One,PS4 has remote play with Vita, The included PS4 headset does voice commands the same as Kinect!!!! I can go on and on.........

I always notice frame rate drops when im browsing through the xbox one, its like it cant even handle its own interface lol

My ps4 is fast as well but when I move threw the games from left to right it sometimes lags and drops frames if I move to fast. :/

My xbox one ui is kinda slower could it be my internett or is it cod ghost cuase with ghost when i press the home buton and go somewhere else like freinds are something it takes like 50 seconds and when im not playing ghost its like 3 seconds when im killer instinc thats how fast it it and when i snap an app it takes forever like freking so long just to get it started it takes forever but on a diff game like killer intinc its fast but you might say why are you concerned if its just cod ghost cuase i have no other game multiplayer maybe is it beacuase it is multiplayer you had titan fall on im not sure if you have cod ghost please test it out for me Jason Suminski

I prefer the XBOX One UI, and I own a PS4. The PS4 has no customizability whatsoever, and it's just boring. This XBOX One UI looks pretty nice.

Wow your PS4 was really quick, mine lags alot and takes on average 1-2 secs to switch between things sometimes when i press the psbutton it sort of freezes for a split second, and when playing cod ghosts it can take ages to go to the homescreen. The only issue i have with xbox is that i get the spinning circle loading icon alot. Do you think it could be game specific or even how fast your net speed is.

basically when I have been playing black ops 3 and say I wanted to go back to the ps dashboard to check which of my friends are online I have been noticing the ui has been very slow and laggy but when im not on a game it seems fairly quick is the reason its lagging because im playing a game or do I have a problem with my ps4 somone please reply

i just bought a used ps4 and wanted to ask, if my dashboard is acting super slow, loading up my friends list for example takes about 30 seconds to a minute, is that indicative of a problem with the ps4 itself?

For some reason my PS4 isn't nearly as fast as yours. Have you upgraded to an SSHD Terabyte hard drive, or is it just a regular PS4?
