I cant believe you lost that weight by eating that way and omad..thats great....am on omad also but eat clean and on the weekend have a cheat meal...and I drink alot of Apple cider vinegar .

Howdy! I had subscribed after the 2fat2furious challenge but must not have had my bell notification on. I'm fully notified now and can't wait to follow along. I hate to hear that you lost footage. Luckily that's only happened to me a handful of times. You had a great weight loss and got to eat some good food. I sort of did that last week with only having one restaurant meal a day for three days and gained 5 pounds. I think that's because I was pretty strict keto before hand. Excited to see how you do for your next update.

That stroganoff looks so good. I have to say I'm pretty impressed with how well you are doing without the sodas, it's really hard to stop drinking it but once you get used to it soda tastes super weird! And testing OMAD for a week at a time is probably a good idea, gotta make sure how your body reacts to something before hardcore committing to such a big change. You're doing great :)

I’m glad you liked OMAD! Did you find it difficult to handle/prepare food for others while still fasting? That was the hardest part for me.
