I loved how this scene set the tone for the rest of the movie. Badass

Karl Urban was a far better Dredd than Stallone. This one is more like the comics since Dredd never takes off his helmet, unlike in the Stallone movie.

When I watched this scene in the theatre my thoughts were, "FUCK YEAH" as I would smile with pleasure and delight.

Would watch again.

I have it's one of those rare things. A bloody great si fi movie.

My thoughts exactly. I was very glad that for this film they brought the cross back. Looking at the Case Files volumes and seeing how well they use it really shows how iconic it is. I especially liked how with the final death, you see the blood spray out in an X. Fantastic imagery throughout the film, really.

if only the trailers were better so more ppl saw this film. twas absolutly amazing.

Dredd and Robocop are like the same entity.

This film is a mini classic.
