This only works with Multi-Core CPUs.... Don't listen to the illiterates in the comments here, it works as long as you have more than one core in your CPU....

Typing in lounch -dxlevel 81 will give massive boost because it makes game run on directx 8.1 instead of 9

i7 8700k 5ghz rtx 2080ti and before your fix ihave 100 fps with lags every 2 secs now i have 300 fps and the game works better thx
