I make video tutorials about drawing and painting on the iPad Pro in Procreate and other drawing apps. I am Stefan (Stayf) de Groot, a Dutch artist. I have been doing that professionally for over twenty years. I want to share my experience and the things I have learned with you. With the drawing tutorials you can learn to draw or improve your drawing skills. I also make product reviews of books, ebooks and products for digital drawing. Drawing is fun and practice makes perfect, doodles!

I don't mean to gloat, and I feel bad so many have had problems. I personally don't currently have any Apple brand charging blocks or cables in use. I keep my iPad to current iOS version. Never had a single issue with my iPad Pro 9.7" and Pencil, which I've had in use for 11 months. Never once had to re-pair it. But the Pencil does go to sleep sometimes. Then it needn't be paired again, but just have power supplied to it again to wake it up. I then plug into a charging cable with adapter, into my iPad, or even my iPhone, for just a second. I often charge the Pencil off my iPhone instead of having the Pencil sticking out of my iPad. Good luck to you all.

when I take off from my ipad the pencil it disconnects again! this tutorial doesn't work for me! HELP

For those who still cant fix it, I put the ipad on aeroplane mode and turned it off , i turned it on and turned off the wifi, the went on Bluetooth inserted the pencil and it worked

I’ve had the same problem and I did what you did and it worked but since I updated it, it just says DEVICES with a loading symbol and it won’t load no matter how many times I shut it off. And I have animations I really need to get done but it won’t load. Do you know what I can do?

Still I can’t see apple pen in the options of Bluetooth.? Not sure it can’t pair with the iPad?
