For all you doubters, this car now gets 68 mpg. Not bad for a car that got 10 mpg (at best) straight out of the factory

I find it hard to believe that it could get 100 miles per gallon. Why doesn't any other hybrid today get that! By the way, what was that on the tires? Messed up looking hub caps LOL. I tend to agree with garyomglol below - a crock LOL

Well it didn't work out the car ended up burning down so my uncle Johnathan is doing a electric car which he is calling it the Goodwin assist. But right now he promoting his gumball hummer in Florida

Neil Young din't produce that TV piece the station did and even inserted "100 miles to the gallon" in the middle of the ride scene. But even if you missed "editing room trick" See Who Killed the Electric Car. It can be done. the forces of rain & ruin won't allow it to happen. They depend on the narrow & closed minded public to stay impoverished no matter what.

to tonyserporno rhat doesnt get 100mpg but i agree why dont the ne cars get more.I had a '64 fairlane 500 sedan 260 v8 3spd 3.50 rear 2 barrel CARB and on long trips I would get between 22-25 mph....there was nothing done to it it had 58k origanal miles on it.
