Yeah...it was often assumed to be New York but the newer films have been filmed in Chicago and a few of the more prominent artists modeled it more after Chicago.

No, just a piece of paper that I cut out into an oval shape, and made in Photoshop elements. Took a few tries to get the green to match somewhat.

Yeah, sometimes it's Chicago, as in the newer movies and some of the comics. Cashman is not infallible!
