On my channel I review products for fine natural hair and often give updates on my natural hair journey. To increase length retention, I sometimes do protective styles - crochet braids are my favorite!

Looks absolutely beautiful! I've worn crochet braids before but I typically do the individual locs. I love the look each and every time My sweet spot in terms of keeping them in is 4-6 weeks max

Yessss these are cute and the color looks really good on you. Crochet styles was my go to when I was transitioning. I still love love them until this day. Crochets are easy and fast to do.

I love this look. You did a wonderful job. I just don't like how it looks on me without the crochet braids going to the hairline. To eliminate the pulling, I do individual plaits and braid them together or depending on the hair, will crochet my plait into the crochet braids. I also redo my perimeter every two weeks to keep my hair from locing.
