I have a beardie and I feed her live pinkies I never get them frozen because she won't eat any bugs or pinkies unless they are moving. I also give her a dandelion flower every once in a while because she absolutely loves those, but it's a treat for her. She always gets romaine lettuce and some sort of fruit every day. I also powder the crickets with a little bit of calcium once a week since she is a female and lays eggs my vet said it will help her stay healthy. I also don;t use the carpets. They are absolutely stupid to me. I use sand, one she loves to bury herself at night (she only uses the rocks to sunbathe and on occasion she sleeps under them) and two way easier clean up when they poop. I also give her a bath every two days. She loves sitting in the tub and I will brush her with a tooth brush. Just some of the things I have learned from my beardie. 

Nothing wrong with learning how to best keep your animal. Especially if you are tip top on your husbandry. Which he is not. It won't look cool when his lizard is sick or dead. People before me tried to explain this kindly but they got bashed. Everyday I research more and more because I want my beardie to be happy and healthy.

@butt migee The bath relaxes their muscles and helps digestion. Good for impactions too. saves a trip to the vet :-) (sorry if u got this message twice. i didnt think it sent the first time)

dont feed gizmo mice because the muscles and the bones are not able to be broken down in gizmos stomach

@whiphoward the tank is 6ft long by 20 inch wide! by 22inch tall!

I've heard from various sources, boiling water isnt good for thawing, I always thaw it naturally first then rinse with warm water.

@LiveActionBoyz exo-terra desert sand. But if your dragon is still a baby, I do recommend to use paper towel.
