I feel bad for whoever Steven’s therapist is...god they’re gonna have to deal with a lot.

This was a nice and wholesome ending. But can we all agree that Steven's therapist is probably going to need their own therapist?

Steven Universe has been such an important factor in my life, and it's heartbreaking to see it go, but I'm so glad I was able to experience it while growing up like you and so many others.

Terrifying thought: corrupted Steven is the strongest gem threat because of being half organic. That thing cannot be poofed with a heavy injury sure the gem is an obvious weak point if in theory someone would have to kill it. But it is a diamond gem. Which I imagine is not very easy to crack or shatter plus having healing spit if this thing drools alot then his gem is going to be even harder to break plus the fact his spit can give plants sentience and a physical form like his own then that's almost an endless army and as we've seen on Stevens x-ray in "growing pains" his bones practically heal instantly yet as we see in "the return" he can still bruise from a strong enough hit and lastly the roar this thing has. If it can push water away from him for the duration of the roar getting up close and personal is a death sentence for your ears that is at least for organic life in the episode with the wailing stone amethyst does express pain from loud noise but I imagine for gems that they dont have ear drums so while yes the roar would overpower any other sound in the area I do not see gems having permanent hearing loss. This is my long comment on why corrupted Steven is the deadliest thing in the universe

Steven Goes To The Diamonds To Get Help

To be fair, Steven wasn't corrupted when he turned into the monster. He literally bubbled up his emotions in practically every way possible to a point where the final straw in his mental breakdowns released everything and made him the monster he thought he was.

I was introduced to Steven Universe shortly after "A Single Pale Rose" aired and I was surprised and delighted by how quickly the show pulled me in. On the first watch I enjoyed it and I was sucked in, but in subsequent rewatches, both before and after the movie, I have realized just how much Steven Universe has affected me.

It took me watching the finale twice for the fact that the show is over to actually set in. Then I cried, cuz like you said, it hits different when you grow up with a show
