Literally just effected me randomly today, weeks after it was released. Ps4 just keeps getting stuck on restarting at 24% and asks me to install the 9.00 update which I've tried to do several times via safe mode but it does nothing.

I don't have any problems with the update but probably because I was slow to do so. When I heard about it I waited even longer until I finally updated yesterday. Like all tech support nowadays, I think it's better to wait awhile and wait for others' response first. My condolences to those affected and those who consoles had died. I pray that you have the strength to carry on with your life.

I'm still waiting for the 9.00 update fix... I really want to play so bad but I am never could not losing all my gameplay... probably going to wait a few more days and then just updated... and hope nothing goes wrong

Luckily my ps4 had no problems but it does to have lost everything people have worked towards gaming is like a get away from real life and to relax. I hope sony fixes this issue

My console is havekng similar issues like Iamneomoc. My ps4 wont update no matter what I do. I've tried all of the meathods and it still won't update.
