I have a 2005 Mazda 6 s with a v6 and a 5-Speed manual and the car is real fast for the V6. I love the car.

How do u turn off the traction control??

It's about a second slower than it could be, but yeah, it's only a 3.0. Doesn't have the torque like the new 3.5 engines in Nissans and whatnot.

He's just pissed off that I called him out on his BS.

They are quick when you rev them past 4000rpm. Even though it has valve timing, the 3.0 has no low end torque. It's all in the mid-range and top end. It's like a Honda.

i used to drive a 2001 honda prelude 2.2l DOHC VTEC with a cai, made prolly 210 at the crank would the mazda 6 s 5 speed be faster?

@romanich12 Nah, I don't race. A new civic SI tried to pass me from a light when I was getting on it on my own, but couldn't, though.

@696969Brian696969 I doubt that. This thing can do it in high 6's, given that I drive it perfectly. I don't think that any 3000GT can even break 7's, unless it's the twin turbo. Which model do you have?
